Contact forms
When visitors submit a contact form on our website we collect the data shown on that particular form. We will not contact you subsequently for marketing purposes other than to respond to your request. If no business offering results from the contact, the data submitted will be deleted from our records no longer than 3 months after submission. If the contact results in a quotation for services being issued, we will retain your data for no longer than 6 months if no contract is agreed, after which it will be deleted from our records. If you become a client your data will be retained for up to 8 years after the last transaction in order to meet HMRC requirements.
